Isolara ("we", "us", "our") operates the website and application at isolara.app and app.isolara.app. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and age. When you use the app, we collect the messages you send, your match preferences, and usage data such as swipe activity and session times. If you subscribe to Isolara Premium, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we do not store your credit card number, only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
We use your data to operate the service: delivering AI-generated conversations, maintaining your match history, personalising agent responses through our memory system, and processing payments. We also use aggregated, anonymised data to improve agent behaviour and app performance.
Your messages are sent to third-party AI providers (currently Google via OpenRouter) to generate agent responses. These providers process your messages to produce replies but do not retain your data for their own training purposes under our agreements with them. Voice features use ElevenLabs for text-to-speech generation.
We share data with the following third parties, only as necessary to operate the service:
Stripe — payment processing. Supabase — database hosting and authentication. Google/OpenRouter — AI response generation. ElevenLabs — voice synthesis. Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Your data is stored on Supabase servers with row-level security policies that restrict access to your own data. All connections use HTTPS encryption. We use industry-standard security practices including authentication tokens, rate limiting, and input sanitisation.
We retain your account data and conversation history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.
You can request access to your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and data, or withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
We use browser local storage and cookies for authentication sessions. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
Isolara is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will delete their account and data.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
