These terms govern your use of Isolara ("the Service"), operated at isolara.app and app.isolara.app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Isolara is an AI-powered entertainment and companion application. All agents on Isolara are artificial intelligence. Isolara is not a real dating service and does not connect users with real people. Agent responses are generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies, fictional content, or unexpected outputs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Isolara. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we believe belong to users under 18.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
You agree not to use Isolara to attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the AI system prompts or agent configurations. You agree not to use the service to generate illegal content, spam, or content that promotes violence or harm. You agree not to share your account with others or create multiple accounts. You agree not to use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
Messages you send through Isolara are stored to provide the service, including maintaining conversation history and agent memory. AI-generated content, including text messages, photos, and voice memos, is created by artificial intelligence and does not depict real people or events. You retain ownership of the content you create. We retain ownership of AI-generated content and the right to use anonymised conversation data to improve the service.
Isolara offers a free tier with daily usage limits and a paid Premium subscription with expanded limits. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal, and your Premium access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Isolara is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to emotional distress, reliance on AI-generated content, service interruptions, or data loss. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
AI agents are fictional characters. They do not have feelings, consciousness, or real emotions. Conversations with agents are for entertainment purposes. Do not rely on agent responses for medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Agent-generated photos are AI-created images and do not depict real individuals.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.
